Just as Chengdu is known for its food like the Twice Cooked Pork and Kung Pao Chicken, Hangzhou is noted for West Lake Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce and Braised Dongpo Pork, and Guangzhou for Boiled Chicken Slices and Clay Pot Rice.
